Core Technology Molding Corporation, a minority-owned leader in plastic injection molding expands its operation in Greensboro. The company serves some of the largest Original Equipment Manufacturers around the world.  The expansion will yield to an additional investment of $27.8 million and creation of 26 new positions at an average wage of $58,885 in the next few years. 

James M. Pleasants Company, Inc. (JMP) Announces Major Expansion and Creating 40 New Jobs

James M. Pleasants, an industrial equipment company is planning to consolidate its headquarters, distribution and manufacturing at 238 Ritters Lake Road in Greensboro. It will invest $30 million in the new facility and hire 40 new employees with an average wage of $64,250.

Clearly Clean Products, LLC. Announces Creating 80 New Jobs in Greensboro

Clearly Clean Products, LLC, a leader in sustainable packaging solutions, announced the establishment of a new manufacturing facility in Greensboro. The company will invest over $25 million and create at least 80 new jobs in the Greensboro community that will strengthen the Triad’s position as a hub for innovation and eco-friendly industries.

Toyota Announces New $8 Billion Investment at Greensboro-Randolph Megasite

Toyota has announced a new investment of nearly $8 billion that will add approximately 3,000 jobs at Toyota Battery Manufacturing North Carolina (TBMNC). This brings total investment to approximately $13.9 billion and job creation to more than 5,000 – further supporting Toyota’s multi-pathway approach to global vehicle electrification.

Honda Aircraft Company to Further Invest at Piedmont Triad International Airport

Honda Aircraft Company, a global leader in the aviation industry, has announced a significant expansion of its operation in Greensboro. With a groundbreaking investment of $55.7 million, Honda Aircraft is set to create 280 high-skilled jobs. With this investment, the company will produce the new light jet.

ProKidney Selects Guilford County for New Biomanufacturing Facility

ProKidney Corp., a late clinical-stage cellular therapeutics company focused on chronic kidney disease (CKD), will establish a new biomanufacturing facility in Guilford County. The facility has the potential for creating up to 330 jobs and an investment of up to $485 million. Of that dollar amount, $25.5 million will be invested at the closing on Greensboro facility to prepare for future commercial manufacturing of REACT® (REnal Autologous Cell Therapy), the company’s lead product candidate being developed for the treatment of chronic kidney disease.

Environmental Air Systems to Expand in Greensboro/Guilford County

Environmental Air Systems has chosen the Reedy Fork Logistics center for its Industrial Group expansion. Located off Summit Avenue, the full-service mechanical contractor and custom-build HVAC equipment manufacturer will occupy the building's 500,000-square-feet. This expansion will create more than 200 new jobs in the community.

Toyota Adds $2.1 Billion Investment in Infrastructure at Greensboro-Randolph Megasite

Toyota is investing an additional $2.1 billion in its NC battery manufacturing plant at the Greensboro-Randolph Megasite to support future expansion. This brings total investment in Toyota North Carolina to $5.9 billion.

Phase Change Solutions Announces Greensboro for New US Headquarters

Phase Change Solutions, global leader in temperature control and energy efficient solutions, plans to establish its new US Headquarters at 813 Winston St. This expansion will include a $4 million investment in the new facility and will create 51 new jobs in Greensboro. The average wage for new full-time positions will be $79,118 with additional benefits, and no new jobs will pay below $15 per hour.

Marshall Aerospace Bringing 240 New Jobs to PTI Airport

Marshall USA, a subsidiary of Marshall Aerospace, selected Greensboro to build its facility at PTIA. The UK-based company specializes in maintaining, repairing and retrofitting Lockheed C-130 aircrafts. It will invest $50 million in the maintenance facility and hire 240 new employees with an average wage of $73,250. 

Governor Cooper Announces Aircraft Maintenance Company Will Create 85 Jobs with Greensboro Expansion

TAT Piedmont Aviation, an aviation Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) company, plans to expand its operations near the Piedmont Triad International Airport and create 85 jobs. The company will invest $13.8 million to increase the service capacity of its Guilford County facilities, marking the latest expansion of the state’s vibrant aerospace industry in the Greensboro area.
